How NOMA was born
Gaëlle and Sylvain did not choose each other. They were competitors. Two strong profiles, two demanding visions of the profession, which intersect on the ground and share an observation: the profession is badly done. They team up with a simple idea — to stop suffering from the standards of the trade and create their own.
In 2020, a third profile enters the equation. Maël then directs a digital marketing agency in Brussels. The meeting produces an immediate alignment: same intolerance for average work, same obsession with the result, same requirement on the customer experience.
When Maël leaves to live in Spain, the link does not cut himself – he evolves. Without really deciding, they build a natural bridge between Brussels and the Costa del Sol. What many do opportunistically, they build in a structured way: Belgian rigor, Spanish knowledge, common requirement.
